Central Asia Cement JSC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby informs that the sole shareholder of the Company adopted a resolution on 29 September 2026 on the payment of dividends on the ordinary shares of the Company (NIN KZ1C36600019) for the period from 2022 till 2025 from retained earnings based on audited financial statements of Central Asia Cement JSC from 2022 till 2025 of 1 734 300 000 (one billion seven hundred thirty four million three hundred thousand) tenge, which is equivalent to 1 734 300 (one million seven hundred thirty four thousand three hundred) tenge per one ordinary share of the Company. Dividends are paid in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) and/or in U.S. Dollars (USD) at the official exchange rate set by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the date of a payment.
